Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Customer Logistics Manager to oversee daily operations and all aspects of operations and account management within our Dedicated Transportation Solutions division.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
• 2+ years experience in supply chain/logistics/warehouse
• 1+ year direct supervisory/leadership experience
• MS Office proficiency required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Responsibilities

• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt/non-exempt employees
• Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
• Health and Safety Management
• State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education

HS diploma/GED

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain

Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field

One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience

MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Logistics industry knowledge

Knowledge of Customer/Company regulations

Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components

Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production

Tools
