Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Benicia, CA is seeking a Customer Development Manager FMS to manage assigned accounts and educate customers about Ryder services using the Ryder Sales Process.

You will develop relationships with all customer buying influences, ensure service delivery, and collaborate with Ryder staff to grow revenue while maintaining high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Transportation or equivalent experience
• Five (5) years or more demonstrated consecutive sales and customer relationship management experience in prior sales responsibilities required

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with customers to meet customer requirements and develop growth opportunities.
• Ensure contracted services are delivered and maintain productive relationships with customers.
• Proactively learn customer business and operations and share insights with Ryder teams.
• Train and improve sales skills, industry knowledge and personal growth needs
