Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two or more years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• One or more years direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel/Access knowledge.
• Logistics industry knowledge advanced.
• Knowledge of local and Federal regulations advanced.
• Fundamental knowledge of supply chain components intermediate.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production advanced.

Responsibilities

• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Plan and schedule day-to-day operations.
• Health and safety management.
• Regulatory compliance (state/local/federal).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
