Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
Demonstrated success growing existing accounts and acquiring new business.
Experience negotiating contracts and managing strategic customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the Account Management team.
Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives.
Oversee strategic customer accounts and develop executive relationships.
Coordinate internal resources to deliver customer solutions.
Develop annual business plans and revenue growth strategies.
Represent HASC at industry events and manage external outreach.
