Job summary

HazTek Safety Management is seeking a Project Manager for Strategic Accounts in the Dallas area. This role oversees PSA services, coordinates with Sales Leaders and client stakeholders, and ensures project execution across multiple locations.

You will lead a team of 30-50 PSAs and 3-4 regional supervisors, driving performance and maintaining client satisfaction. A strong emphasis is placed on delivering quality, timely results, and building trusted relationships with clients while coordinating

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of experience in a role that managed 10 or more individuals.
• Three (3) years of experience in a project management or operations management role.
• Three (3) years of experience in managing the full employee employment life cycle.
• OSHA 30 Hour Construction or General Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of PSA services.
• Ensure adherence to client standards, policies, practices and expectations.
• Review activity levels and provide quality assurance.
• Identify, communicate, and reinforce changes in expectations and scope of work.
• Manage a group of approximately 30-50 PSAs remotely and 3-4 regional Client Supervisors.
• Conduct root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Forecast future hiring needs and coordinate hiring with stakeholders.
