Job summary

J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for the West Region. You will grow a portfolio of national accounts by building strategic relationships and delivering solutions in a consultative sales environment.

You will partner with Inside Sales to expand client relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle from identification to adoption. This remote role covers WA, OR, and neighboring states, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in a consultative selling environment.
• Experience selling services, software, subscriptions, or other solutions.
• Knowledge of Transportation, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or regulatory compliance preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop a portfolio of national accounts through strategic relationship management.
• Partner with Inside Sales to identify opportunities and expand relationships.
• Consult with decision-makers to understand challenges and tailor solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and supply agreements.
• Manage full sales cycle from opportunity to implementation and adoption.
• Identify and engage new stakeholders within existing customer organizations.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and onsite visits to strengthen partnerships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on evolving safety and compliance requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by proactively resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information.
