Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare or managed care experience.
• Experience with large employer accounts.
• Proven ability to translate product value into client recommendations.
• Ability to engage with senior clients and consultant stakeholders.
• Strong judgment under ambiguity and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year account strategy for assigned clients.
• Serve as the primary executive-level contact for client leadership.
• Lead renewal and upsell opportunities with account teams and brokers.
• Develop and present clear recommendations to address concerns or ROI.
• Create urgency and actions to mitigate at-risk clients to impact results.
• Leverage analytics platforms and AI-enabled tools to monitor performance and identify risks or opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal partners to support the business effectively.
