Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an Account Executive to lead new business development in a dedicated territory within the North American printing and packaging industry. You will consult with customers to propose print, marketing collateral, and packaging solutions that align with their branding and business goals.

The role requires proactive territory planning, strong CRM usage, and the ability to close deals through compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in selling within commercial printing or packaging
• Proven track record of growing accounts and achieving sales targets
• Ability to develop territory and account strategies with measurable results
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
• Strong financial acumen for pricing, quotes, margins, and commissions
• Self-driven, customer-focused with growth mindset
• Competitive base salary with commission incentives

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a dedicated territory by developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships within existing accounts
• Serve as a consultative partner to customers, identifying print, marketing collateral, and packaging solutions
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, prospecting new accounts, qualifying opportunities, and moving opportunities through close using Salesforce
• Develop competitive proposals, pricing strategies, and customized solutions with cross‑functional collaboration
• Act as the primary commercial contact for customers, conducting client visits and business reviews to strengthen partnerships
• Aim to exceed annual sales targets by uncovering new revenue streams and cross-selling capabilities
