Job summary

Lightcast is seeking an Account Executive I to drive growth and deliver value for clients in Moscow, Idaho, on-site. The role focuses on achieving sales objectives, expanding relationships, and delivering outcomes in a competitive environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales, strong prospecting and presentation skills, and experience with Salesforce/SalesLoft. A results-driven mindset and collaboration with internal teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related field.
• Proven success in prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and sales presentations.
• Experience managing sales territories, pipeline development, forecasting, and the full sales process.
• Experience selling multiple products across different platforms.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other CRM or sales enablement tools.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and related productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans using competitive analysis and account planning.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales, market share, revenue, and other targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, qualification, appointments, lead nurturing, presentations, objections, negotiation, and closing.
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand customer relationships across products.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand customer challenges and propose solutions.
• Maintain accurate opportunity notes, account plans, forecasts, and activity in CRM systems.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, Legal, Customer Service, and other stakeholders.
