Job summary

Lightcast is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in higher education from our on-site Moscow, Idaho office. You will own the full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline, and close net-new deals by combining Lightcast’s workforce analytics with a consultative sales approach.

The role emphasizes building long-term partnerships, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with legal, product, and customer success teams to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience selling SaaS or DaaS solutions in an enterprise or higher education environment.
• Experience with solution-based, multi-product sales.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for revenue, market share, and other key performance objectives.
• Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities through full sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, closing.
• Maintain a disciplined consultative approach to selling and demonstrate value of Lightcast solutions.
