Job summary

Abbott in Northern California seeks an Account Executive, Molecular Diagnostics to drive growth across hospitals, IDNs, reference labs and women’s health offices. You will close new business and expand existing accounts by translating customer needs into Abbott solutions.

Based in San Francisco or the surrounding Bay Area (relocation offered), you will engage senior stakeholders from procurement to C‑suite, shorten complex sales cycles, and partner with Enterprise Account Managers to secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in capital sales and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven success in strategic sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
• Willing to travel 50-75% in the US.

Responsibilities

• Engage with multiple stakeholders, including C-suite, to close deals.
• Grow market share by identifying new opportunities in the territory.
