Job summary

Carpool Logistics, headquartered in Atlanta, is seeking a role to grow business within existing customer accounts through relationship development and execution management of vehicle moves. You will develop relationships, coordinate shipments, identify growth opportunities, and expand revenue and vehicle volume across assigned accounts.

This position collaborates with operations and carrier teams to maintain profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Up to five years in logistics, transportation, sales, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Organizational skills managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to identify growth opportunities
• Communicate daily about shipment needs and vehicle volume
• Expand revenue and vehicle volume in assigned accounts
• Cultivate referrals and new business prospects
• Coordinate daily shipment execution with timely customer updates
• Conduct business reviews using shipment data analysis
• Monitor account performance to maintain profitability
• Collaborate across operations and carrier teams on issue resolution
