Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking an Account Executive to expand its industrial refrigeration and heating solutions footprint in North America. Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field required.
• Ability to communicate technically and commercially with all levels of the organization and customers.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet defined sales and gross margin objectives.
• Realize sales and margin targets for Vilter refrigeration and heat pump compression packages in territory.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users to encourage product preference.
• Regular travel up to 100 nights per year.
• Own the sales process from enquiry to purchase order closure and provide aftersales support.
• Maintain up-to-date forecasts and project details in Salesforce CRM.
• Present projects and participate in weekly Opportunity Review Board meetings.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure strong performance and positive customer experiences.
• Educate customers on new technologies and industry trends.
