Job summary

Natura - Interior Plant Design in Tampa is seeking an account management professional to nurture existing client relationships within the Texas and Florida portfolio, uncover opportunities, and drive growth through plant and décor solutions.

You will partner with commercial clients, coordinate with service teams, and leverage HubSpot to track activities and forecasts while earning base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B account management and growing existing portfolios.
• Strong listening and communication skills with a proactive sales mindset.
• Ability to identify opportunities and upsell services.
• Comfort with travel and coordinating with service teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of commercial clients.
• Maintain regular contact to understand needs and upcoming projects.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements and expansion.
• Meetings and site visits to assess spaces and timelines.
• Create proposals using templates and internal resources.
• Present plant programs and seasonal décor solutions.
• Negotiate agreements and close additional business in existing accounts.
• Coordinate projects with service teams and address client concerns.
• Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot.
• Meet client retention and revenue growth targets.
