Job summary

Natura, based in Tampa, FL, seeks an Account Executive to manage and grow existing commercial client relationships. You will partner with clients to understand needs, propose plant and décor solutions, and drive revenue within an established portfolio.

You’ll collaborate with service/installation teams, maintain CRM records, and contribute to retention and expansion across our Florida accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management, with evidence of building relationships.
• B2B account management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of commercial clients.
• Maintain regular contact to understand needs and upcoming projects.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements, additional services, and expansion.
• Conduct meetings and site visits to understand spaces, budgets, and timelines.
• Create designs and proposals using Natura templates and resources.
• Present solutions for plant programs, living walls, and seasonal décor.
• Negotiate agreements and close additional business within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with service and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client data in the CRM and meet retention/growth goals.
