Job summary

Commonwealth Payroll & HR (CommPayHR) seeks an Account Executive to join a growing payroll, HR, benefits administration, and timekeeping services provider in Marblehead, MA. You will attract new clients and nurture existing relationships, while cultivating COIs to drive referrals and revenue growth.

You will partner with the Sales Leader to monitor activity, milestones, and scorecard metrics, and work with Marketing on campaigns to expand direct clients and COI networks.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales for payroll/HR services preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Attracting new clients to CommPayHR's services.
• Managing and growing existing client relationships to increase retention and revenue.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) to generate referrals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas based on the annual sales plan.
• Partner with the Sales Leader to track activity, milestones, and scorecard metrics.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns to attract direct clients and expand the COI network.
• Participate in professional networking groups and events to grow your professional connections.
