You will manage relationships at senior levels, collaborate with project teams, and strive to exceed revenue and margin expectations in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of selling technical products
• Proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts
• Strong communication, presentation and influence
• Excellent negotiation skills and relationship management
• Bachelor’s degree is advantageous
• Proficiency using Google Mail, calendaring and shared drives

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and position Randstad Digital to maximize growth within key segments
• Brand Randstad Digital as the world’s leading partner for talent
• Envision how technology can transform customer businesses to drive engagement
• Serve as an expert business consultant within an industry segment
• Maintain and grow client relationships as primary contact
• Lead delivery through an integrated delivery model and drive new agreements to exceed revenue/margin targets
