Job summary

Exploring Inc. is seeking an Account Executive in Atlanta to serve as the primary client contact, translate needs into scopes of work, and develop timely estimates.

You will coordinate with Sales, Design, Project Management, Production, Installation, and Accounting to deliver a consistent client experience. The role requires strong commercial judgment, estimating discipline, and the ability to manage multiple custom fabrication projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in client service, account management, estimating, project coordination, or sales support.
• Experience in custom fabrication, exhibits, signage, experiential environments, construction, or manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build estimates from drawings, specifications, labor requirements, and vendor quotes.
• Strong math, pricing, cost-analysis, organization, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, measurements, and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional client relationships, setting clear expectations and responding promptly to questions.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand goals, budget, timeline, site conditions, and decision process.
• Prepare accurate estimates for custom fabrication and related services including labor, materials, and costs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Project Management, Production, Installation, and Accounting to deliver the client experience.
• Follow up on proposals and open jobs, track revisions, and manage scope to avoid creep.
• Assist in handoff of awarded work to Project Management and Operations and monitor milestones.
