Qualifications

• 1-3 years in sales, account management, or client-facing role.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts and manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts.
• Present and close new products and solutions to customers; renew service agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
