Job summary

Exploring Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Exhibit Sales Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, translating needs into clear scopes of work, developing accurate estimates, and coordinating with Sales, Design, Project Management, Production, Installation, and Accounting to deliver a consistent client experience.

You will manage multiple custom-fabrication projects in different stages, exercise commercial judgment, and follow up on proposals and open jobs to improve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor preferred.
• 3+ years in client service, account management, estimating, or related roles.
• Experience in custom fabrication, exhibits, signage, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong math, pricing, cost-analysis, organization, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings, measurements, specifications, and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional client relationships by communicating proactively and setting clear expectations.
• Develop complete scopes of work from drawings and specs and prepare accurate estimates.
• Coordinate handoffs to Project Management and Operations after award and monitor milestones.
• Follow up on estimates and proposals, document client feedback, and track changes to prevent scope creep.
