What you will do:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focused on acquiring new customers and achieving revenue goals
  • Identify and engage potential US-based retail and CPG clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
  • Present compelling demonstrations that highlight the value of data analytics solutions in driving informed business decisions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Strategically negotiate and close deals, aligning contract terms and pricing with business objectives.
  • Stay informed about US industry developments and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions in the US market.
  • Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting.
  • A proven track record of success in enterprise-level B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling analytics, data, or technology solutions to US retail or CPG businesses.
  • A strong understanding of the US retail and related industries, including key challenges and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and utilize consultative selling approaches.
  • A self-starter mentality, strong organizational skills, and a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or similar) and sales analytics platforms.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed within the United States to meet with clients and attend industry events.
