You will lead a worldwide AX/ATX team, coordinate field Application Engineers, and facilitate executive-level engagements to align Cadence roadmaps with customer challenges.

Qualifications

• Requires an engineering degree (BSEE/MSEE) with 8+ years in related field and a proven track record.
• 5+ years managing technical or engineering teams and large account teams.
• Experience shaping design flows for IC/System design and relating technical/business benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performance AX/ATX team and field engineers.
• Drive adoption and growth strategies for Cadence solutions at a strategic account.
