Job summary

Cadence is seeking an Account Director to drive the adoption and growth of Cadence solutions for a strategic account. The role requires leading a worldwide team and coordinating field resources to optimize customer success across Cadence's product portfolio.

The successful candidate will consult with executives, shape design flows, and align roadmaps for long-term outcomes, working with Cadence Marketing, Engineering and Corporate Management.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level consultation.
• Experience leading technical and/or engineering teams.
• Design flow expertise for IC and System design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of AX and ATXs to drive adoption and growth.
• Coordinate field Application Engineer resources to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Consult with clients on design/system requirements and map them to differentiated solutions.
• Communicate with executive-level stakeholders to align roadmaps and long-term success.
