• Lead complex contract negotiations with senior academic and administrative leaders
• Own the overall account strategy and forecast for each institution in the territory
• Develop multi-year growth, retention, and expansion plans aligned with institutional priorities
• Develop financial models aligning CU benefits with budget and retention goals
• Spearhead new business development opportunities at executive level
• Drive revenue growth and CU renewals with renewal timelines and upsell opportunities
• Articulate the value proposition of Cengage products for affordability, equity of access, and student outcomes
