Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a seasoned Account Manager to sustain and grow strategic client relationships across BPO/Technology services. You will shape account plans, identify cross-sell opportunities, and ensure governance and value delivery with senior-level clients.

Leverage internal teams and technology partnerships to align offerings with client strategy, while delivering measurable outcomes and high client satisfaction. Applicants must reside in the United States and be eligible to work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 6+ years of experience.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or client relationship management roles, preferably within the BPO or Technology services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform account strategies.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
• Develops sustainable and profitable strategic account plans including whitespace planning and cross-/up-selling opportunities.
• Ensures clients benefit from Concentrix Technology offerings and aligns solutions with client opportunities.
• Installs and manages account governance with the client and contractual obligations.
• Demonstrates gravitas to engage C-Level stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Monitors account performance and reports progress to Portfolio Leaders.
• Acts as the first point of escalation for client inquiries and issues.
