Job summary

The Account Executive role reports to the Sector Portfolio Leader, develops long-term client partnerships, and aligns offerings with strategic business objectives. Travel is minimal and performance-based incentives apply.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a clear understanding of client's business objectives and industry.
• Supports portfolio/sector strategy development for growth.
• Proficient in managing relationships with CIO, CMO, CTO, CXO levels.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong client relationships across assigned accounts.
• Develops strategic account plans addressing whitespace, cross-selling and upselling.
• Aligns Concentrix Technology solutions with client opportunities and strategy.
• Monitors account performance and reports progress to Portfolio Leaders.
• Serves as the first point of escalation for clients and resolves issues.
