Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Director of Account Management for the Hi-Tech Sector. The role focuses on building strategic client relationships, expanding business within accounts, and aligning Concentrix technology offerings with client needs.

The position requires a strong track record in managing senior client relationships, along with excellent communication and leadership capabilities. It is a full-time, remote role within the United States with significant interaction at the C-suite level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; 6+ years of experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in account management or client relationships, preferably in BPO or technology services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform account strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients across executive levels.
• Develops strategic account plans addressing whitespace, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Aligns technology solutions with client opportunities and strategy.
• Establishes governance with clients and manages contractual obligations.
• Engages C-level executives and mitigates risks for the account.
• Analyzes market trends and client data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborates with Portfolio Leaders and Sector Leads to drive growth strategies.
