Cadence Design Systems, Inc. in San Jose seeks an Account Executive to develop and drive our business strategy, leading adoption and growth of Cadence’s software, hardware, services and IP portfolio.

You will lead pre/post-sales campaigns, manage forecasting and negotiations, and foster executive relationships to align our technical roadmaps with customer challenges, coordinating worldwide sales resources to deepen the business relationship.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EDA software, IP and business processes.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication; able to influence and negotiate at executive levels.
• Experience with cross-organizational advocacy to support customer needs.
• Previous experience as System Architect and/or Design Manager is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead pre/post-sales campaigns and growth within focused accounts, forecasting and closing strategic opportunities.
• Foster relationships across customer organizations, including C-suite, to align Cadence solutions with business challenges.
• Direct and coordinate global sales resources to bring Cadence messaging to customers and partners.
