Job summary

We Are Rosie, LLC is seeking a Senior Account Director to strategically partner with a high-demand client, translating vision into precise talent solutions. You will mentor Rosies, drive operational excellence, and navigate matrixed organizations to deliver results.

This role starts as an hourly W-2 at 35–40 hours per week with potential to convert to full-time, offering a path to leadership within a dynamic creative talent network. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of agency or in-house creative account experience.
• Ability to translate complex client needs into clear briefs.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and strategy leads.
• Comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and driving results.
