Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business development or sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Prospect, qualify, and onboard new customers, building strong relationships.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers and provide tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and our offerings to position Royal effectively.
• Negotiation: Conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and drive profitability.
• Team Collaboration: Work with engineering, finance, and operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
