• Track order status with related plant departments to meet delivery commitments.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend products and solutions.
• Verify and present prices per contracted agreements.
• Manage CRM processes for select accounts including pricing requests, sample requests and complaint entry.
• Foster positive relationships with customers.
• Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products.
