Job summary

Keenova is seeking an Access and Reimbursement Manager in the San Francisco/Sacramento area to lead pull-through on open cases, coordinating with prescribing offices, Specialty Pharmacies, the Patient Service Center and sales teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in specialty pharma access or 2+ years in access outside pharma, with strong payer design knowledge and demonstrated leadership. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working with specialty pharmaceutical products, or minimum of 2 years' access-related position outside pharma.
• Experience in Ophthalmology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Neurology or Dermatology preferred.
• Strong understanding of insurance and benefit design with commercial and government payers.
• Background in Access & Reimbursement, Payer account management, Specialty Pharmacy distribution, Patient Services, Case Management.
• Successful navigation of complex authorization processes for specialty medications.

Responsibilities

• Lead case pull-through and optimize access to expedite patient start of therapy.
• Identify payer trends and coordinate with the Patient Service Center and Sales.
• Educate and support HCP offices on authorization processes.
• Collaborate with Specialty Pharmacies to improve processing time and scheduling.
• Maintain ethics and compliance with anti-kickback and related guidance.
