Job summary

Keenova seeks an Access and Reimbursement Manager to lead patient access initiatives across San Francisco and Sacramento. You will drive pull-through for therapy starts, coordinate with prescribers, pharmacies, and the Patient Service Center, and guide teams to optimize case progression.

Ideal candidates bring deep access and reimbursement expertise, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a track record of navigating payer requirements and regulatory considerations to expedite patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in specialty pharma or access-related roles.
• Strong understanding of insurance and benefit design with commercial/government payers.

Responsibilities

• Lead pull-through and case coordination with Patient Service Center, Sales, and pharmacies.
• Identify payer trends and develop tactical plans to maintain patient access.
• Educate HCP offices and SPs on authorization processes and timelines.
