Job summary

Keenova seeks an Access and Reimbursement Manager to lead case pull-through for open therapy programs in the San Francisco and Sacramento area. You will collaborate with prescribing offices, Patient Service Center, and sales teams to accelerate patient starts and maintain treatment access.

The role requires deep knowledge of payer design, navigating complex authorizations, and developing tactical plans based on payer mix.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with specialty pharma products or 2+ years in access-related roles.
• Experience in ophthalmology, nephrology, rheumatology, pulmonology, neurology or dermatology.
• Strong understanding of insurance and benefit design with commercial and government payers.
• Experience in Access & Reimbursement, payer management, specialty pharmacy distribution, and patient services.
• Ability to navigate complex authorization processes for specialty meds.
• Ability to design case-specific strategies with Patient Service Center based on payer mix.
• Coordinate pull-through with PSC, case managers, sales and pharmacies.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% for field roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead case pull-through and improve access for patients.
