Job summary

Keenova is seeking an Access and Reimbursement Manager for the NYC metro to lead treatment access across the patient journey. You will drive pull-through on open cases by coordinating with offices, pharmacies, patient centers and sales teams to expedite starts to therapy.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty pharma or access-related work, deep payer knowledge, and the ability to navigate complex authorizations. Travel up to 60% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in specialty pharma or access-related role.
• Experience in Ophthalmology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Dermatology preferred.
• Strong understanding of insurance and benefit design with commercial and government payers.
• Background in Access & Reimbursement, payer account management, Specialty Pharmacy distribution, Patient Services, Case Management.
• Navigate complex authorization processes for specialty medications; coordinate with Patient Service Center/Hub.
• Field travel up to 60% depending on geography.

Responsibilities

• Lead pull-through on open cases by actions that improve access and expedite patient starts.
• Identify payer trends, alert partners, and develop tactical plans to maintain treatment access.
• Collaborate with prescribing offices, contracted SPs, Patient Service Center, and sales colleagues.
• Educate healthcare providers on best practices that streamline authorization processes.
• Coordinate case pull-through with Patient Service Center, Case Managers, Sales, and SPs.
