Job summary

Keenova is seeking an Access and Reimbursement Manager to lead treatment access efforts for patients in San Francisco and Sacramento. The role partners with prescribing offices, patient services, and pharmacies to move cases forward and ensure timely treatment access.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of payer dynamics, regulatory awareness, and collaboration skills to drive pull-through and strategic access initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with specialty pharma products, or 2+ years in access outside pharma.
• Experience in Ophthalmology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Neurology or Dermatology.
• Strong understanding of insurance and benefit design with commercial and government payers.
• Background in Access & Reimbursement, Payer account management, Specialty Pharmacy distribution, Patient Services, Case Management.
• Successful navigation of complex authorization processes for specialty medications.
• Field travel up to 60% with overnights depending on geography.

Responsibilities

• Lead pull-through on open cases by taking compliant actions to improve access and expedite treatment start.
• Coordinate with prescribing offices, Specialty Pharmacies, Patient Service Center, and sales colleagues.
• Develop, coordinate and execute tactical plans to create and maintain treatment access for patients.
• Advise on legal and regulatory parameters related to anti-kickback and OIG guidance.
