Job summary

Keenova is seeking an Access and Reimbursement Manager (N Illinois/Wisconsin/Minneapolis) to lead pull-through, coordinate with offices and pharmacies, and optimize treatment access for patients across multiple locations including Minneapolis, Chicago and Milwaukee. The role demands strong payer design knowledge and experience with specialty therapies in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in specialty pharma or 2+ years in access roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and are prepared

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with specialty pharmaceutical products, or 2 years' access-related position outside pharma.
• Experience in Ophthalmology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Neurology or Dermatology.
• Strong understanding of insurance and benefit design with both commercial and government payers.
• Background in Access & Reimbursement, Payer account management, Specialty Pharmacy distribution, Patient Services, Case Management.
• Successful navigation of complex authorization processes for specialty medications.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% (overnights dependent on geography).

Responsibilities

• Lead case pull-through and improve access to therapy by coordinating with prescribing offices, contracted Specialty Pharmacies, the Patient Service Center, and sales.
• Identify payer trends and develop/tactical plans to create and maintain treatment access.
• Educate healthcare offices on best practices that streamline authorizations and expedite treatment access.
• Collaborate with Patient Service Center, Case Managers, Sales and Specialty Pharmacies to pull cases through.
• Adhere to legal and regulatory parameters related to anti-kickback statutes, fraud and abuse, and OIG guidance.
