Job summary

Keenova in Minneapolis, MN is hiring an Access and Reimbursement Manager to lead patient access during therapy. You will work with prescribing offices, Specialty Pharmacies, the Patient Service Center, and sales teams to pull cases through authorization and start treatment quickly.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in specialty pharma or 2+ years in access roles, with strong knowledge of payer design and willingness to travel up to 60%. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working with specialty pharmaceutical products, or minimum of 2 years' access-related position outside of pharma.
• Experience preferred in Ophthalmology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Neurology or Dermatology.
• Strong understanding of insurance and benefit design with both commercial and government payers.
• Background in Access & Reimbursement, Payer account management, Specialty Pharmacy distribution, Patient Services, Case Management.
• Successful navigation of complex authorization processes for specialty medications.
• Field responsibilities include supporting and educating HCP offices and coordinating with various partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead case pull-through and expedite treatment access by working with prescribing offices, Specialty Pharmacies, the Patient Service Center and sales.
• Identify payer trends, alert partners, and develop/tactical plans to create and maintain access for patients.
• Educate SPs and HCP offices to streamline authorization processes and improve processing times.
• Coordinate case pull-through with Patient Service Center, Case Managers, Sales and Specialty Pharmacies.
• Travel up to 60% in the field to support customers.
