Keenova Therapeutics plc is seeking an Access and Reimbursement Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area to lead pull-through strategies, navigate payer requirements, and partner with hospitals, pharmacies and sales teams to accelerate patient access to therapies.

The role requires deep knowledge of insurance design, solid experience with specialty products, and the ability to manage complex authorization processes; travel up to 60% is expected, with a competitive base salary and bonus program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with specialty pharmaceuticals or 2+ years in an access-related role outside pharma.
• Experience with insurance and government payers.
• Background in Access & Reimbursement, Payer account management and Patient Services.

Responsabilités

• Lead case pull-through and define strategies with PSCs, case managers, sales and pharmacies.
• Educate and support HCP offices to streamline authorizations.
• Identify payer trends and develop tactical access plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expedite patient start to treatment.
• Travel up to 60% to support field activities.
