Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in technical sales and account management in aerospace/defense.
• Experience engaging with defense technologies including radar, EW, avionics, and propulsion systems.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with engineering, product management and manufacturing.
• Experience managing sales pipeline and forecast in CRM systems.
