Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic program and account management support for key Aerospace & Defense customers.

You will serve as the primary liaison among customer program management, engineering, and internal teams to ensure successful program execution and measure key metrics such as on-time delivery and quality. The role requires collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Sales, with travel as needed to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in program management, strategic account management, business development, or related role; A&D experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of PCB/microelectronics industry and A&D customer requirements preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with A&D customers and influence requirements.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and capture new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for assigned strategic A&D accounts and programs, ensuring communication and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customer program management, engineering, supply chain, and technical contacts.
• Engage with customers to understand mission requirements, technology roadmaps, and capability gaps to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic account opportunities aligned with A&D strategy and capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional introductions of new products, technology, and programs across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Work with teams to develop solutions meeting customer requirements with competitive price, quality, and delivery.
