Job summary

TT Electronics is seeking a Program Manager to act as the main customer contact, ensuring effective communication and cross-functional alignment across TT teams. You will oversee revenue performance, profitability, order execution, and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts, while maintaining ITAR compliance and a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2–4 years’ experience and training/education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and analyze business communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer focal point and oversee customer-TT relationship.
• Lead the Customer-Focused Team to resolve conflicts and pursue improvements.
• Maintain schedules, order books, forecasts, and contract requirements communications.
• Develop business reviews and assist in sales planning and budgeting.
• Support health, safety, compliance, and quality management systems.
