Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to provide program and strategic account management for key Aerospace & Defense customers.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Sales to ensure on-time, on-budget program execution and growth opportunities. You will engage customers to understand requirements and roadmaps, translate needs into actions, monitor OTD and quality, and advocate for the customer while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in program management or strategic account management in A&D.
• Strong knowledge of PCB/microelectronics and A&D customer needs.
• Proven ability to identify and capture new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned strategic A&D accounts and programs.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customer leaders across program management, engineering, supply chain, and technical contacts.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand mission requirements, technology roadmaps, and gaps for future growth.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities aligned with the A&D strategy.
• Lead and coordinate new product, technology, and program introductions across cross-functional teams.
• Work cross-functionally to meet customer requirements with competitive advantages in price, quality, and delivery.
• Translate customer needs and priorities into actionable business strategies and program objectives.
• Oversee customer programs across sites, coordinating materials, manufacturing, and project execution.
