Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive engineering and program/project management experience, ideally in Aerospace & Defense or high-tech.
• Proficient with program management tools, risk reviews, and integrated scheduling (e.g., MS Project).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills enabling collaboration across project teams.
• Knowledge of ITAR and CUI handling and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closure of complex Defense & Aerospace programs.
• Collaborate with Sales on proposals and capture strategies.
• Conduct detailed contract reviews for scope, risk, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Foster cross-functional alignment across global teams for timely execution.
• Monitor program performance and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Deliver concise executive updates and customer communications.
• Promote urgency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
