Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company seeks a Supplier Manager -- 3PL to oversee relationships with third-party logistics providers across warehousing, transportation and distribution. You will monitor KPIs, drive cost efficiency, and collaborate with Procurement and Legal to manage contracts and SLAs.

You will lead business reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate onboarding of new 3PL partners to align capacity with forecasted demand and company strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or 3PL management
• Experience managing 3PL/vendor relationships and contracts
• Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations
• Experience with first article inspection (FAI) and quality escalation
• Experience with KPI tracking, scorecards, and business reviews

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships for contract compliance with 3PL warehouse, transportation, and distribution providers
• Partner with Procurement on supplier report cards
• Monitor 3PL performance against KPIs and lead regular business reviews
• Lead onboarding of new 3PL partners, including RFP participation
• Manage 3PL contracts, rate agreements, and statements of work with Procurement/Legal
• Escalate service failures, capacity constraints, and operational issues with 3PL partners
• Track 3PL invoicing, billing disputes, and cost allocation
• Analyze 3PL cost, service, and performance trends to identify savings and improvements
