Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Production Planner III to lead scheduling and capacity planning in our manufacturing facility. You will translate demand signals into actionable production plans, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize throughput and inventory levels.

You will develop and mentor other planners, drive continuous improvement, and support the total organizational goals through cross-functional leadership and effective communication of demand

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in production planning, preferably in food/beverage manufacturing.
• Experience managing diverse internal stakeholders including forecasting and inventory management.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP systems) and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Create production schedules to balance staffing, machine capacity, and production efficiency.
• Evaluate SKU demand allocations and plan site production schedules.
• Organize S&OP meetings focused on customer support and plant profitability.
• Maintain inventory levels and adjust replenishment parameters.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to forecast demand and drive execution.
