Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Senior Director to lead 340B TPA Business Operations and drive operational excellence across the platform. You will partner with Product, Technology, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Sales, and Implementation to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and support customer growth.

This role oversees governance, performance management, and cross-functional programs to modernize the platform and improve customer outcomes while advancing business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare, SaaS, or operations.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing directors and teams.
• Proven success leading large-scale operational transformations.
• Experience with executive-level reviews, metrics, and plans.
• Strong financial acumen and business planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategy for the 340B TPA business to drive growth and service excellence.
• Partner with executive leadership to set objectives, plans, and performance targets.
• Lead business planning, operating plans, and quarterly reviews with governance.
• Identify opportunities to scale operations and enable platform growth.
• Drive platform modernization, process redesign, and technology enablement.
• Establish dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting for performance oversight.
• Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and investments.
• Maintain executive relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with 340B regulations and internal controls.
• Mentor leaders and build capability for future growth.
