Job summary

Omnicell in the United States seeks a Senior Director, Pharmacy Management System & Automation (RPA) to own the PMS, automation strategy and improvement capabilities across Specialty Pharmacy Services and 340B operations.

This leader will bridge pharmacy operations and technology, driving standardized workflows and high-value automation to scale processes to 175+ locations while maintaining quality and service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmacy technology, pharmacy operations, automation, process improvement, or related functions.
• Demonstrated expertise with pharmacy management systems and strong understanding of pharmacy/340B workflows.
• Deep experience with RPA, workflow automation, Lean Six Sigma/process improvement, and operational optimization in high-volume environments.
• Strong ability to bridge technology and operations — translates between system capabilities and business processes.
• Experience leading significant transformation across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Own PMS as a business capability including requirements, configuration, workflow design, optimization, governance and roadmap priorities.
• Translate operational needs into clear system requirements and scalable solutions.
• Drive standardization and optimization of PMS workflows across locations.
• Develop and execute automation/RPA strategy across Specialty Pharmacy and 340B operations.
• Deploy automation across high-volume workflows including 340B qualification and audit processing.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous process improvement initiatives across the operation.
• Scale pharmacy footprint to 175+ locations while maintaining quality and consistency.
