Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. seeks a Sr Director of Central Fill & Mail Order to lead the design, launch, and ongoing operations of a centralized fill and mail-order capability for Specialty Pharmacy Services. This role drives scalable, compliant processes and partnerships to support growth from about 60 to 175 locations.

The leader will own end-to-end operating models, staffing, technology, and quality controls to optimize 340B capture and patient service across multiple states.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree with active pharmacist licensure; ability to obtain additional licensure as required.
• 10+ years of progressive pharmacy operations experience, including significant leadership responsibility in large-scale or multi-site operations.
• Proven experience building, launching, or significantly scaling a high-volume central-fill and/or mail-order pharmacy operation.
• Experience within national retail, specialty, mail-order, e-commerce, health-system, or similarly complex pharmacy operations.
• Strong 340B specialty pharmacy operations experience and understanding of program compliance and economics.
• Deep end-to-end pharmacy expertise across process, systems, automation, fulfillment, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience operating across multiple states and navigating Board of Pharmacy and pharmacy licensure requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to build new capabilities, lead through significant growth, and translate strategy into operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, design, build, launch, and scale of the central-fill and mail-order pharmacy capability.
• Design the end-to-end operating model, including dispensing and fulfillment workflows, staffing, inventory, shipping, quality controls, patient service, and performance management.
• Build a scalable operation capable of supporting significant growth in pharmacy locations, prescription volume, customers, and geographic reach.
• Establish operating standards, KPIs, capacity models, and continuous improvement processes to drive quality, efficiency, and service.
• Partner with senior leadership across Legal, Compliance, Quality, and pharmacy leadership on multi-state regulatory requirements, licensing, audits, and operational controls.
