Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in 340B, pharmacy operations, analytics, or healthcare technology.
• Deep 340B expertise including claims qualification, eligibility, compliance, and audit considerations.
• Experience building or scaling 340B capabilities in a complex healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client claims data to identify eligible 340B volume not captured and quantify the financial opportunity.
• Apply 340B expertise to ensure recommendations are compliant, defensible, and audit-ready.
• Develop a disciplined approach to measuring capture performance and tracking value across customers.
• Build scalable claims-analysis capabilities across the 340B business and evolve tools and partnerships.
